This policy applies to the India AI Tracker website, operated by Kanan Labs. It covers the limited personal information we collect through two specific channels: newsletter subscriptions and consultation scheduling requests.

We do not collect personal data through any other means, and this site does not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics cookies, or behavioural advertising tools.

Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe to our Weekly Brief, we collect your email address solely for the purpose of delivering the newsletter. Your email address will not be sold, rented, licensed, or disclosed to any third party for any reason.

You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at feedback@kananlabs.in. Upon request, your email address will be deleted promptly from our records.

Consultation scheduling

When you submit a request to schedule a consultation, we collect the details you choose to provide — such as your name, email address, organisation, and the nature of your enquiry. This information is used only to respond to your request and facilitate the consultation.

Details submitted through consultation requests are held in strict confidence and will not be shared with any individual, organisation, or third-party service beyond what is strictly necessary to process your request.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Consultation enquiry data is retained only for the duration of the engagement or correspondence.
