Acceptance
By using a Kanan Labs website or public resource, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable additional programme terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Supplier Programme has additional Programme Terms.
Permitted use
You may use public pages for lawful information, evaluation and communication. You must not interfere with security, scrape in a manner that impairs the service, submit false or unlawful information, impersonate another person, introduce harmful code, or use the service to violate another party’s rights. You are responsible for information you submit and for having authority to provide it.
Content and intellectual property
Kanan’s designs, branding, original text, software and compilations are protected by applicable rights. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the public service as intended. Third-party source material remains subject to its publisher’s rights. Do not present Kanan material as an approval, certification or endorsement without written permission.
Third-party services and links
Links, messaging services and referenced institutions are operated independently. Kanan does not control their availability, terms or privacy practices and is not responsible for them merely because a link is provided.
Availability and liability
Public services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kanan disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on public information, service interruption or a third party’s independent decision. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, law and contact
Kanan may update or withdraw public features and may revise these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights and the jurisdiction of competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Questions may be sent to feedback@kananlabs.in.
