Tariffs, sanctions, technical trade-barriers, and other export controls have made the operating reality of every shipment increasingly complex. Kanan solves that for you,
Nax initiates · you command · no dashboard to drive
Reads your books · watches your inbox · writes nothing back
5 documents · classified deterministically · linked to one shipment
For handoff to Customs House Agent
For handoff to IRDAI-registered broker
Two PDF/A-3 packets · SHA-256 sealed · audit trail closed
One shipment bundle.
Multiple institutional handoffs.
Provenance as product. Every line points home.
Invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin. In any format your team already uses.
Drona parses each document into a structured shipment fact model — bounded, source-located, replayable.
Every obligation resolves to Open, Blocked, Conditional, or Unclear against the live rule pack for your jurisdiction.
A human reviewer attests. The system records who, when, and on what evidence.
Out: a hash-chained, source-stamped packet you can hand to a customs officer, an underwriter, or a banker — and defend three years from now.
Your junior analyst. On shift forever.
Evidence-ready shipment packets for customs, trade insurance, and LC workflows.
A live intelligence tool tracking AI policy and regulatory developments across India.
Kanan's long-term trade intelligence platform for supply-chain, regulatory, and market-risk exposure.
TradeWatch ships first to the trade lanes where the cost of being wrong is highest and the evidence trail is longest.
Electric vehicles moving between India, the EU, and the US — inbound or outbound — where battery provenance, lithium chain-of-custody, and dual-use controls collide.
Where legal, regulatory, and customs questions tangle, our depth makes the hard call defensible — like a contestable HS classification that would otherwise become a Section 149 amendment six months later.
Before your banker presents, every document is checked against the credit against the rule pack. Six weeks from kickoff to first live packet.
Underwriting-grade evidence: compliance status, loss history, customs clearance probability — packaged for the broker.
Pre-filing reconciliation between what you're declaring, what you're shipping, and what India permits.
Closing-loop evidence so your incentives don't get clawed back at audit.
Your sector isn't here yet? It's on the map.

I founded Kanan Labs from a simple conviction: cross-border trade is no longer governed only by access, price, and logistics. It is increasingly governed by whether a firm can prove its position across regulators, brokers, banks, insurers, and supply-chain counterparties.
My training across multiple legal systems shaped how I understand this problem. Rules do not operate in isolation. They move through institutions, documents, incentives, and evidentiary burdens. Kanan is being built to turn that complexity into structured intelligence that firms can actually use.
We do not treat trade documentation as form generation. We treat it as an evidence system.
Every packet should preserve the source, the rule, the reasoning path, and the reviewer decision.
TradeWatch is the first deployment. The larger undertaking is an intelligence layer for regulated trade.
